The site now leans into the hydrangea-inspired brand direction with blue, black, and white styling, while still carrying the booking, intake, agreement, and loyalty foundation we already built.

Policies

Cancellation + card on file

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee. Your appointments are very important to me, and they are reserved especially for you. I understand that life happens, and sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. However, I kindly request at least 48 hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations, rescheduling, or no call/no show appointments without prior communication and with less than 48 hour notice will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. This policy ensures I can accommodate other clients and respect everyone's time. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Thank you for your understanding and support!
